For me, it has been such a steep learning curve while I navigate teaching Tai Chi and Qi Gong Classes in this digital age using an online platform.
It has been a fascinating journey that is continuously opening up for the non-techy that I am!
As challenging as this journey has been at times, it also has been great fun. Groups of us have breathed and moved with people across Canada, several states in the US, Japan, Australia and countries in Europe and the Middle East.
Now, more than ever, we can all use a healthy boost of energy and feeling of well-being. It’s the small steps that get us back on track.
Over the next few months, I’ll be sending you “YOUR QI HEALTH MINUTE”, a series of one-minute tips to bring health and balance into everyday life.
