Qi Gong for Health & Healing: LIVE Online

These classes are a continuation of Qi Gong practice from the Health & Well-Being for Beginners Video Set.  

The emphasis is expanding and deepening the knowledge base in concepts and principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine in terms of breath and movement.  

An evolution emerges bringing awareness to how the fundamental principles of the art translate into everyday emotional, mental well-being and wholistic overall well-being

The fine-tuning of personal practice through the cultivation of deeper grounding and detailed attention to body alignment brings a greater philosophical understanding of generating both external and internal power, strength, balance and relaxation physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually.

Mondays at 9:30 a.m. PT / 12:30 p.m. ET
