A 20-minute Qi Gong Routine for Relaxation

This past Fall season, I was privileged to join the staff of the Brain Wellness Program with University of British Columbia and I’m sharing a practice video to support a healthy moving and breathing habit.
Consistency is key to nurturing the benefits of a practice, whatever that looks like for you. That could be simply a few minutes a day, 15 minutes, an hour…it’s up to you. The choice is yours.
When your Qi practice becomes a regular habit, you will experience:
- Strengthening muscles and bones improving balance and moving with more ease
- Clearing the mind so you can make the right decisions for you with certainty in less time
- Deeper calm and relaxation as you gradually relieve stress and tension
