Was one of your New Year’s resolutions to get healthier?
It’s one of the most common ones made at the start of the year with less than 10% of people making it to the end of the year keeping up their healthier habits.
I thought this was shockingly low. Our daughter thought this was surprisingly high. (Can you tell who is the “glass-half-empty” in our family?)
Last week kicked off with the Chinese or Lunar New Year, another chance at a fresh start to recommit to doing something for your well-being.
