One Simple Move for Improved Breathing & Stronger Immunity

Most of us move through our day using only an astonishingly small part of our lungs…yet these organs inside us hold SO much possibility.

When the breath is shallow or tight, everything in our body has to work a little harder.

The mind spins in more stress energy than it needs to.

And our immune system unknowingly bears the brunt of that strain.

Something many people don’t realise is that the true power of the breath sometimes lives in the exhale – the release, the letting go, creates space for something new to come in.

In ancient traditions, the lungs are considered the Commanders of the immune system.

Which means that with small shifts – like a gentle opening in our posture or light tapping to enliven our energy – a boost in improving our breathing can be a boost in strengthening our immune system.
